Packing & Delivery

Our glass products are securely packaged using a two-tiered system of corrugated cartons and wooden pallets to ensure optimal protection during transit and handling. First, each individual item is carefully placed inside a sturdy, corrugated cardboard carton. Internal dividers or cushioning materials such as foam or cardboard inserts are used inside each carton to immobilize the glass, prevent direct contact, and absorb any potential shocks. These filled cartons are then systematically arranged and stacked onto robust, standard-sized wooden pallets. The stack is strategically configured to ensure stability and even weight distribution. The entire unit is then securely strapped and stabilized with plastic stretch wrap. This method firmly binds the cartons to the pallet, creating a single, solid load that is resistant to shifting, moisture, and dust.
